Upcoming streetwear brand SLVDR to partner with Bond Outerwear to form Working Holiday Distribution.
Up and coming streetwear brand SLVDR (sal Va dor) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Bond Outerwear. The two brands will be distributed together under newly formed distribution company, Working Holiday.
Born in California and influenced by the world, SLVDR creates high quality, well considered designs. The SLVDR aesthetic is deeply rooted in timeless design and attention to detail. The casual Southern California lifestyle of growing up at the beach, mountains, and empty pools combined with travels around the world mix to form the inspiration for design. SLVDR provides premium materials and finishes, and uses the philosophy of affordable luxury as it’s brand direction.
SLVDR was founded by Rob Myers in 2007, and has just shipped its premier collection. The line is carried in finer retailers such as Five and a Dime, In4Mation, Univ and Civil, as well as retailers across Canada. A limited quantity of the premier collection is currently available for the Holiday 2008 season.
Surfing, skating, and snowboarding played key roles in the development of SLVDR. In an effort to give back to that community, part of the brand’s mission is to pledge a certain percent of sales to facilitate getting donated action sports products to deserving youths around the world. It is the wish of the brand to give the same opportunities for growth to other who believe in progression and expression.
“The two ideals of our brands really line up, that is why this partnership makes so much sense. Plus, it will be great to have a four season business and be able to offer our retailers something all year long” states Christian Didrichsen, Co-Founder of Bond Outerwear.
