As we inch towards the Spring/Summer 2012 season SUPER introduces the Poisson series made up of a couple of pairs of sunglasses to help prep the mood for the sunny days ahead. Two different styles, the Paloma and America, both have classical styling, with each being fitted with tobacco colored lenses. For Spring/Summer 2012 Neighborhood and Globe-Trotter worked on a joint-project suitcase available in three sizes. The 18-inch, 21-inch and 30-inch cases in vulcanized fibre come in black with white leather accents, a checkered lining and a NBHD “export” anchor logo. Hitting retailers in Japan this week.

After Packer, Solebox, mita sneakers and Starcow, next in line to have collaborated with Reebok on the Workout Plus to celebrate the sneaker’s 25th anniversary is Sneakers76 from Taranto, Italy. They decided to use the best materials available on the market: pieno fiore leather, organic cotton and natural rubber.

As part of the Spring/Summer 2012 collection, Stussy is offering this US/CA Big Backpack as one of their first delivery items. Durable nylon material is used on the exterior and this is a revamp of the classic backpack design. One extra compartment was added onto the top half of the bag, providing more storage space. Two long straps are fitted wrapping around from the bottom to the front, allowing sleeping bags and other large items to be secured with ease. Black, light green, sky blue, brown and camouflage may not be a conventional color combination but surprisingly they work very well together, creating an unique aesthetic. These bags should be in stock at all Stussy retailers or head over to Kinetics in Tokyo.

On the heel of artisanal design and heritage workwear, Denmark’s NORSE PROJECTS tapped into tradition of American sportswear for its collaboration with PRO-Keds. Based on the familiar PRO-Keds Royal Lo from, NORSE PROJECTS added a touch of sophistication with premium suede, in place of the traditional canvas upper. A tan leather heel tab doubles as an accent piece while supple leather embellish the interior. To complement upgrade, NORSE also created a footbed made of natural cork for both comfort and distinctiveness. On white vulcanized outsole, the NORSE PROJECTS x PRO-Keds Royal Lo comes in white, blue, and yellow, all to be available at select retail locations starting next month, including NORSE PROJECTS’ own NORSE STORE.

Photos of a newly designed Nike SB Dunk Low “Shrimp.” have surfaced on the web. The shoe features an all leather base with a red Swoosh and a “Shrimp” logo on the heel of the shoe. Also, the tongue features a stitched shrimp being grilled. Stay posted with Nice Kicks on release information.

After having shown you already the Solebox and mita sneakers collaborations with Reebok on the Workout, celebrating the sneaker’s 25th anniversary, we move on and give you an exclusive first look at the collaboration with Parisian boutique Starcow. Inspired by the city of Paris and their passion for skateboarding, the outcome is rather simple looking version of the low top sneaker, yet packed with some great features at a closer look.
With its first new batch of Spring/Summer 2012 goods, Stussy has released some fresh takes on the iPhone 4 / 4S case. The Icon Stack design mixes up this season’s new graphics, while our personal favorite is of course the tonal Tiger Camouflage case with classic Stussy script logo placement.

The Supreme and Vans collaborations remain to be among the most anticipated footwear team-ups every season and usually Supreme does not disappoint in bringing some refreshing design to the classic Vans sneaker silhouettes.
Today we come across a supposedly upcoming Supreme x Vans Authentic for 2012, styled in the iconic Campbell’s Soup can design all over the upper. One thing is for sure, should these come out, they will fly off of the shelves. We cannot confirm that these will actually drop, only time will tell.

The cloth braided bracelets from Barrett Alley takes its style from the Japanese Meji period of the early 20th century. Fabric on this modern version is hand woven and naturally dyed to give it a rich color. Russet cowhide and antique bone button closure finish it off nicely. They’re made in Texas in case that is important to some.

On initial look, the new Tucco shoe from Creative Recreation burned into my eyes a bit. Part of their Spring/Summer 2012 offering, the full-grain leather Tucco style features soles in mint green and sweater pink against brown and black leather uppers, respectively. But the more I look at them, the more they seem less of a novelty and more of a quick touch of color for a gentleman looking to set off his conservative wardrobe. Available exclusively at Barneys.

Ronnie Fieg is back with yet another new collaboration boot. This time he gets together with Quoddy on the Classic Moccasin 10″ Calf Height Boots and presents them in two colorways.
“Featuring ten lacquered eyelets strung together with 72” rawhide laces, the boot provides various lacing options to be styled for any wardrobe and any season. The two-toned colorways feature a fused canvas and leather silhouette with other details including a deerskin bellow tongue to keep out debris and maintain warmth without bulk, a Vibram sole designed expressly for Quoddy and a full handcrafted design. As on all Quoddy shoes, the soles are stitched to the shoe bottom rather than glued so that they maintain flexibility and last longer.”
Limited to 24 pairs in each colorway, the two-tone design on these is interesting and we like the color hits that Ronnie chose for these. The second leather color around the two box we are not convinced about, but overall he managed to present a refreshing version of this otherwise classic outdoor boot. Priced at 450 USD a pair, they will release at both Kith locations and online on January 6th, 2012.

Today we can give you an exclusive first look at the upcoming collaboration between Vans and In4mation. The Vans Chukka Low ‘Rattles’ come with an all over snakeskin print, which is an interesting contrast on this otherwise classic skate shoe. Nothing distracts from the clean snake upper. Logos and theme of the collaboration are only featured on the in-sole.
Limited to only 200 pairs, the sneaker will release on January 13th, 2012, at the new retail / gallery space by In4mation, called The Human Imagination. Very few pairs will also be going into the official In4mation online store.

Upon the most recent look at the Quattro S, we noted how Gourmet had shifted its design from the original Air Jordan XII-copying form to a more distinct skate shoe with just a hint of AJ DNA. The same is true of the Gourmet Deici, one of the brand’s other original models that itself was designed after the AJ13. They don’t feature the Thirteen’s signature ‘golf ball’ dimples or any of the ballistic nylon that was so popular on that model, these two bold leather colorways moving further away from the Air Jordan Legacy and further toward upscale casual with a wink and nod toward the foundation of modern footwear. But Brazilian collective Famiglia looks to change the perception with a collaboration involving Bombe on a series of porcelain spray cans. Each can is uniquely designed with a platinum plating, bearing the artwork of artists Herbert Baglione, Acruz Sesper, Felipe Yung and Thais Beltrame. Respected Japanese guitarist Tomoyasu Hotei’s 30 year career culminates partly in this co-branded G-Shock with Casio. The watch based on the DW-6900 is comprised of an understated black body featuring his logo embedded in the LCD and a specially designed watch band. From a career perspective, Hotei has enjoyed international success including collaborations involving David Bowie, Bruce Springsteen and the closing ceremony of the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta. The watch will release starting January at select Japanese stockists.

Part of the brand’s Quickstrike apparel line, the double-breasted hooded peacoat is crafted from warm melton wool and features a number of unique details: exterior leather piping at the back and cuffs, waffle pattern lining, waterproof zippers borrowed from the NSW line at the front pockets, foldover rib knit cuffs and button closure combined with zip front for extra protection against wind. A new rendition of the classic Skytop has unveiled from Supra, taking influence from rugged work boots. Aptly named the Skymoc, this boot-like sneaker features heavy duty moccasin stitching on its toe box. Two-toned round laces, metal eyelets and unlined raw leather interior all work together to emphasize the theme further. The exterior is constructed from black and burgundy full grain leather and each pair is wrapped in a crepe textured, white foxing on the midsoles.
